Vendor Procurement: Vendor procurement is needed when the stock goes below the pre set level of quantity. It saves the vendor from "Out of stock" condition of items. Vendor can place the order with the dealer before running out of stock condition.

Inventory Procurement: After placing the order with the dealer, vendor can see the recently placed order in inventory with updated number of stock.
